Documents needed for POE at LAX

Hello Guys,

       I just want to be sure I am not missing anything,as we are leaving from Thailand to LAX airport on June 9.My wife already has her IR-1 visa in her passport:

1.passport

2.sealed medical documents 

3.packet that was sent from the US Embassy(sealed)

 

Is there anything else that she needs as far as documents and is there anyone who has gone through this recently that might have any tips as to what else we might have to deal with at the airports aside from covid-19 related precautions???
