Strange thing happened with my Case. I filed at the end of June 2020, case was assigned to Texas service center and Fingerprints were applied. a month later I received an RFE coz I forgot to include a copy of the marriage cert. I replied to the RFE, then my case was transferred to NBC in Dec and they sent me a notice to that effect. On Feb 25th 2021 the case was updated online to show ready to schedule interview, but yesterday informed delivery showed I had a letter from USCIS and I assumed this was an interview scheduling notice, instead I received another notice from TSC dated 03/12/2021 informing me they have my case and are processing it and that they will use my bio metrics on file and will contact me if they need anything!!

It seems TSC sent my case to NBC, and then NBC has sent my case back to TSC!!! They are just tossing the case around like a football haha.

a few days ago, I had notification that my new card has been ordered and now mailed to me, however, today (March 19, 2021), I received a letter (dated March 19, 2021 🤷‍♂️

not sure I understand it, since I was the spouse when I applied as a conditional permanent resident, anyone seen this before ?

I think I found the answer, Looks like CR6 is when you were a spouse already when entering the US, CF1 looks like a K1 basically.

Not sure why they would have had me down as a CR6 since I came on a K1, maybe I ticked a wrong box on my initial application.

CF1 Alien whose record of admission is created upon the conclusion of a valid marriage contract after entering as a fiance or fiancee of a U.S. citizen. Conditional.
CF2 Minor stepchild of an alien classified as CF1. Conditional.
CR1 Spouse of a U.S. citizen. Conditional.
CR2 Stepchild of a U.S. citizen. Conditional.
CR6  Spouse of a U.S. citizen. Conditional.

I have not received any update on my case. All that USCIS shows is that my case was received on 06/20/2020. I sent an email requesting an update on 01/21/2021 and had zero reply.

Is anyone else in the same boat? Where should I go from here?

My 2yr gc expired on 09/05/2020. I got an extension letter but that’s the last thing I got. Thanks in advance!

Same here.
I reached out to our congressman about the delay in biometrics scheduling, and I just got a generic response about Covid.

I’ll try our senator and see if that helps, but I am not optimistic.

I am in the same boat, GC expired August 28th, 2020. There has not been any movement at all on my case. The wait is horrendous. I was hoping with the new president, things would get moving faster ( Still hoping!!). I will be filing for citizenship at the end of May. Hopefully that helps expedite things.

I forgot what I did but I think I either kept hitting 0 after the options or I listened and clicked for any option that would lead me to a person.

Hello Folks!

Our case is at MSC & now ready to be scheduled for interview. My biometrics appointment was on 12/08/2020 and there was no change till early this week. Updated my timeline. There is still hope! :-)

Request everyone to please post updates to their timelines.

Any idea how long it would take for the interview to be actually scheduled and what is the heads up time we get to attend the interview? I am currently out of US & have to plan my travel back to attend the interview.

Cheers!
