I used that USCIS filing calculator which, thank god, somebody posted on here. Otherwise I'd have sent my stuff 2 days too early, which would have resulted in rejected application.

https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator

My earliest excepted filing date is July 17. that means I could send my package on July 17? which is on Friday. does Usps Priority mail express work on weekends?

I’d send it on Friday. No need, however, to send it via overnight express, send it via priority mail with tracking, request signature and Usps may also give you proof of delivery ( can be downloaded after delivery via tracking number). I sent mine on a Monday and wanted it there on Tuesday.

timeline (ROC):

06/29/2020 - package sent with USPS to Dallas lockbox

07/01/2020 - package delivered and signed for

07/08/2020 - CC charged

07/10/2020 - text message received

that means "Petitioner" is not only me but both of us right? they said "anyone other than petitioner prepared this petition must sign the petition". I am confused who is petitioner. only me or both of me and my husband.

Petitioner would be the spouse with the conditional residency.

For these things like 401k statement, and especially the ones you listed with "summary" at the end, did you just print the webpage where it lists dependents, beneficiaries etc?

@DILAW -

I've read multiple posts that sending joint bank statements from the date of the marriage till current proves that there is co-mingling i.e based on my timeline it comes out to Jul 2017 - to date....which is a lot of unnecessary paperwork? Out of curiosity, just 3 months of bank statements are enough?

I am preparing my package and have a very similar package minus the child and affidavits.

Also did you just print the confirmation from the webpage for 401k, life insurance etc? Or did you have the providers mail you a letter showing the beneficiary information?.

Called USCIS this morning and was told that our NOA was mailed out on July 6. I'm hoping that is accurate and that the letter will arrive in the mail sometime early next week. Our case is at the Nebraska service center, received June 1, 2020.

Me too! I called USCIS yesterday and was told it was mailed July 6...the lady was very nice but I’m hoping she wasn’t so nice and zen because she’s figured out that it’s easier to just tell everyone who calls their notice was mailed out July 6...😆

Not sure about that. Please ask the mail lady. Alternatively, you can ask for a “return receipt” attachment. You’ll get it signed and sent back to you via mail. However, I’d ask first if you can include signed delivery in priority mail first.

hey.Yes I printed the conformation pages only and the details along with it specially for insurance .And for bank accounts I sent monthly statements. But u might just sent quaterly statemements too to show the consistency of the account.Make sure your form is properly filled and signed by both of you.Good luck.
