By the way. I want to ask about preparer and interpreter on I-751. My spouse translates I-751 to me and prepares I-751 for me. So he has to sign the section for interpreter and preparer  right?  attached is the right way to fill out ?

@izavox and @TN_Meow my ROC journey completed! Received my 10 yrs card today! Took 8 months 2 days to approve my application without any interview. I hope you guys get it soon.

Got my NOA/extension letter today, dated 06/30. I guess that’s one thing NBC is doing well.

6-09-20 I-751 Package received 

06-15-20 Received text with receipt number (MSC-XXX)

06-16-20 Check cashed 

07-09-20 Called USCIS to enquire about NOA-1. Was told it was sent on 07-01-20.

07-11-20 Received 18-month extension letter NOA dated 06-30-20

05-03-20 Received Biometric Appointment scheduled for May24th (NY/NJ area)

6-16-17 I-130 sent 

6-20-17 received NOA 1 Texas Service Center

1-24-18 NOA 2 approved 

2-23-18 NVC Received my case

3-30-18 Case Number Assigned

4-3-18 Welcome Letter email from NVC

4-4-18 Paid AOS and IV Fees 

4-10-18 Sent AOS package and Civil Documents 

4-11-18 NVC Processed all fees and Completed D260 form 

4-12-18 NVC Received packet 

4-13-18 NVC Scanned all documents

I received the NOA today with the 18-month extension on green card. However, still got no update about fingerprint. Maybe this means I'll still need a biometric appointment some time in the future. 😷

ROC   Fedex shipped package on 6/16/2020

           Package delivered to AZ location on 6/17/2020

           Case received on 6/23/2020 with text update. 

           NOA with 18-month extension received on 7/6/2020.

 

2-year Green card expires on 8/28/2020

Congratulations! Now you can breath for a while until you get the interview letter or approval. I just want to ask when did you send your packet?

My lawyer sent my package out. I think it was the Dallas address.

I did file a non delievery on the 30 days, but they had produced my noa on the 30 days (the same date I did file it). I sent lockbox 2 emails but no response. I don't have fingerprints added to my case as yet. Service center is MSC.

Nice to hear. Did you file Non delivery or you waited it out? What day did they receive your Application and what’s your service center ?

I sent on 6/16 to AZ lockbox. Delivered on 6/17.

I don't know what is Non delivery...Can you specify? My application was delivered on 6/17 to AZ, and service center is Potomac

omg that gives me hope! I hope our letter comes in soon. USCIS Said that they mailed it out June 4th, but still nothing. I really hope it comes soon.

I'm also Potomac and case received June 10th but still no extension letter. I'll give it till the end of the week before doing an inquiry.
