Mine is MSC too. What I found out after my long research on Visajourney since last night that most cases of ROC who came here on Cr1 are likely to get Msc case numbers as MSC is national benefit center.Which might requires Interviews. As the people who have their interviews done within this country before get other service centers. But As we came on Cr1 and had our interviews in embassies,we are likely to get MSC.(Exceptions are there)🙂

Yup I am guessing the same. Someone I know who got her CR1 from another country, got the MSC number too.

I filed for a friend's spouse last week.  Their 9 day period started on 6/30 and he sent the package on 7/1.  He sent it to the Texas service center and it was supposed to be delivered this past Friday, but it looks like it will be delivered today.

The total package was 64 pages.  I know some send 100-500 pages and I hope what he asked me to send is good enough.  He provided his credit card info to pay for the fees.

What is the best way to track the updates/status of his application?  He did send the form to notify him once the application is received, but I see some loging on and getting updates online.  What number does he need to be able to track his application?

Wow ! 64 pages ?! how is that ?

you can start check your application using an USCIS app for example once you have a Number like MSC, WAC, CSC etc etc. USCIS will inform you about your application number but first they will cash the check or charge your credit card first.

Here is a breakdown of the 67 (not 64 :)) pages:

  • Cover sheet (1 page)
  • Form G1450 (1 page)
  • Form G-1145 (1 page)
  • I-751 application (11 pages)
  • PR card cop of fron and rear on same page (1 page)
  • Child birth certificate (1 page)
  • Affidavit from 3 family members (3 pages)
  • Tax Transcript for 2017 (6 pages)
  • Tax Transcripts for 2018 (6 pages)
  • 401K Account Statement showing both are on the same account (4 pages)
  • Joint Bank Account monthly statements for 3 months (6 pages)
  • Medical insurance (1 page)
  • Dental insurance (1 page)
  • Life insurance Beneficiary Summary (1 page)
  • Stock and Savings beneficiary summary (1 page)
  • State ID front and rear on same page (1 page)
  • 3 medical bills showing address (5 pages)
  • 3 medical insurance claims (13 pages)
  • 3 family pictures (3 pages/photos)

Ok, his package eneded up being 67 pages not 64.  Still not anything close to 100 - 500 pages.

Received my NOA in the mail today. Dated from June 30th. Thank God

Congrats. Did you need to file a non delivery or email lockbox or contact congressman ? Or this happened organically ? Also may I ask if you got fingerprint added to your case and what’s your service center ?

Off course he has an A-Number.  The A-Number is the number on the front of his PR (Green) card

He is now citizen and his green card was returned to USCIS. How I find his A-number?
