You will probably get it in the mail in a few days. I bet getting a receipt number over the telephone will not be easy, if even possible. How would they be able to verify that it’s you?

ROC Timeline:

 

June 1 2020- sent package I-751

June 4 2020- Delivered to TX PO Box

June 9 2020- Credit Card charged for the $680

June 16 2020- Online case update; fingerprints applied to case

June 22 2020- received physical NOA for fingerprints being applied to case

We received the receipt number today via text message and the check was cashed as well. They received our case on June 15th. The text also stated the receipt notice (form I-797) to follow in mail. Was your NOA received in the mail?

No don’t wait...just call and ask if they have a case number for you. They can search by name or A number. Worst case if they say they can’t find you. Call early in the morning first thing when they open, shorter wait times then.

What service center did you get?

Not sure. How do you determine that?  It starts with MSC.

Through the first 3 letters of the case number. MSC is the National Benefits Center in Missouri. It used to be called Missouri Service Center (I think).

As @doggieandsam said, definitely call and ask for your receipt number. People from April are still waiting for their NOA so don’t count on getting it soon. 😔
