My fiance is at the embassy right now..his interview time is 7am..I was just wondering whats our chances of knowing right away if he will get his visa approved? I'm so anxious and still in shock kind of about how fast this all happened.

Thanks as always for your help!

Others asked right after the interview if they were approved, I didn't.

Some cases they were given pink slips and paid Delbros fee only to know they were placed on administrative review.

In my case, I asked for a visa pick-up after interview, they told me they'd just call the number I gave them when it's printed out and the IO gave me a purplish stub and tore the perforated portion (with a serial number). I still went ahead and picked up my visa at the US Embassy without waiting for the call (after a day of rest).

But I'm sure your fiance did well, just wait for the sweet news! Congrats!

My wife just got back from her interview and was told by the consul if she had prior marriages and said she will check nso. She did not have a CENOMAR- is that required for a cr-1 visa? They gave her a paper saying, "if there are documents (affv of sup, passport, a long list, etc. ) if checked, they will send you a letter to come back & "wait till you hear from us" the problem is there was nothing checked. They also said notify her if there are needed documents if not the visa will be sent.

I doing K-3 but I already prepare a CENOMAR (Advisory on Marriages) for my interview. Some said, the latest the better, and so on August 1, I wll get another copy of my CENOMAR again.
