Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

Hi all, 

 

I got my conditional permanent residence in March 2019. My husband and I live in different states currently due to family emergency and work. I was wondering what I documents I need to provide to file my petition.

I would consult with a lawyer. Technically, you have to live at the same address as your husband, and by you not doing so, it gives USCIS a ground for denial. I personally know a person who had that issue. However, due to the pandemic, I would hope there’s a way to figure it out... I wouldn’t do it without professional help though.
