Ok, so assuming she's a Philippines applicant,  her PD isn't current yet, and there's no visa available to her - no interview will be scheduled until there is.

One of my friends had an interview in the same category you have and was just fairly smooth. It took only 10 minutes.

For the medicals, your vaccination and immunity must be mentioned on your immunization register.
