Worth to mention, my biometrics from ROC (June 2019) were reused for the naturalization, so I skipped the biometrics step. The $85 bio-fee was not refunded.
Also, since they received the application, the USCIS website has indicated August 2020 as completion date. So I believe the Cleveland office is quite reliable and fast in processing applications.

Surprisingly my Biometrics from AOS (January 2015 ) also reused. Got the letter with Biometrics reuse update on 08/07.

Interesting, I read somewhere USCIS can reuse biometrics that are up to 18 months old. Perhaps they are really short on cash and are trying to cut costs. No complaints from my side 😆

Yeah mine is the same thing, they reused my biometrics for ROC (got it on November 2019). I'm hoping that my completion date is reliable! It says October 2020 so we will see 🤞🏼

Cleveland filers... looks like not much momentum... Can someone who attended interview after reopening, please confirm how the schedules looks like ? How many interviews they are doing daily in terms of percentage compared to before COVID ?? Any thoughts / updates  welcome...

I was wondering if anybody with an interview scheduled in Cleveland has a pending ROC. They were asking in the March 2020 thread to have an idea of how things are proceeding.

Mine was not pending when I applied but I filed on June 2019 for my ROC and was approved on April 2020, w/o interview.
