I called USCIS, couldn't resist , they told me to email the lockbox support to get more information ..

Our's was really quick, luckily. Our submission was delivered to the lockbox on 06/10, and NOA1 received 06/20.

Our package arrived at the lockbox at 06/06/2020, the check isn't cashed yet, not text, emails or NoA's.

Seems like we are a few people in this situation.. I emailed lockbox support, I will let you guys know if I get an answer :

Hello, we had the same issue. There is no other way to get transcript but online. We called IRS several times to double check. You can send them letter explaning the situation and evidence that you can not get it.

Thanks! we're in the same boat.  Sent on 6/8.  Received at lockbox on 6/10 and nothing...still waiting for them to charge our CC.

Ugh .. that's frustrating.. I just it doesn't mean that they are sending back the package

Still waiting also....received lockbox on 6/9...no CC charge yet...but ours was K1 and K2 so may take longer...

So USCIS has had our file since the 3rd June and today the money cleared our account. Just waiting on NOA1 now but at least that's something

I chatted with an agent on the USCIS website through Emma and they said to not expect text messages even if we included the G-1145. It solely depends on the officer that has our case if they want to send the texts or just the hard copies. He also said receipts are generated and sent within the 2 weeks after they receive the package. He told me to get in contact with them again next week since they didn’t have a receipt number for me yet. I mean this isn’t really new but just putting it out there just in case someone didn’t know!
