No Biometrics yet. Safe to say they haven’t even started working on my case because of it. To everyone on my same situation... you’re not alone

Same here. Lets not loose hope. I chatted with emma live agent and she entered service request for me. Please do the same if you haven't yet.

I'm wondering if USCIS is at least trying to process approvals based on NOA date. The most recent June approvals had NOA date of 6/28. I've always presumed they based on receipt date.

Does your combo card have any text on it...for example "valid for work only with DHS authorization"?

Was it the card?

Yes it was.

Back again after several weeks! Had troubles with my VJ account, couldn't solve anything... so had to create a new one 😖

91 days since my NOA1's. 92 days since they reopened our ASC office (Milwaukee, Wisconsin). No news, no biometrics, nothing... What should we do?

I hope everybody's doing well!

I got a confirmation email right away. Nothing in the mail. Are we supposed to also mail in the form AR-11 or you don't know because your lawyer did it. Anyway, I resubmitted because that's what the agent said to do, but she said only way to confirm is to do live chat again in 30 days and ask.

I guess I'll also mail everything to be sure.

We have the same problem. We changed address online in September 21. Just received an email, but not a confirmation letter in the mail until now. I talked to a representative through the chat and they told me that they have my new address already, but that they can't guarantee a letter in the mail... I will never understand USCIS.

You can live chat and put in a service request. Not convinced it does anything, but at least it's something!

We received our EAD and AP approval letters and Combo card in the mail yesterday.   Our status changed online yesterday to "card being picked up by mail".  The status for our AOS changed today to "ready to be scheduled for interview".  Check out my timeline for more details.  Sending good vibes to everyone that is still waiting for bio appointment letters and approval notices 🙏

To anyone who submitted an e request after the 90 office reopened (to get biometric appointment), did you hear anything? any reply ?

I am starting to lose hope ... and from the USCIS processing time for i131 my case will be out of normal processing times in a few days ( it's now June 1st, my receipt is June 4th)..

I will try to call again today and get a tier 2 agent
