Hi there,

Filed mid june and had biometrics Aug 18 in Los Angeles. I haven't received the cards but got both approval notices on Saturday (approved on 10/20).

Thanks for your reply.

We have more or less the same timeline, i had biometrics in LA too. I hope mine is coming in soon, I had changed my address though.

I changed my address last month as I'll be out of LA temporarily for a few months. I received both I-693 deficiency notice and EAD/AP approvals at the new address...I was worried they'd mess it up. So hopefully your notices are coming soon!

My current Timeline:

June 13, 2020 - Mailed I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-944

June 16, 2020 - Packet delivered

June 28, 2020 - Received receipt numbers via text

June 30, 2020 - I-797 letters received for all forms with a received date of June 16, 2020

July 13, 2020 - RFIE notice received via mail for birth certificate

July 29, 2020 - RFIE response was delivered

August 3, 2020 - Received biometrics appointment notice

August 14, 2020 - Biometrics completed

September 1, 2020 - Filed AR-11 for change of address

September 15, 2020 - USCIS email confirming change of address was implemented

October 2, 2020 - Received I-693 Deficiency Notice at new address (dated September 25, 2020)

October 24, 2020 - Received I-765 and I-131 approvals (dated October 20, 2020)

Are there any members that filed for adjustment of status trough marriage (not K-1, etc.)  that received their EAD/AP Cards already?

I filed in early June and had my biometrics in August and my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.

I filed AOS based on marriage (was in the US on a student visa before that) and I received my combo card last week. My bio was mid August, too and my case has been ready to be scheduled for an interview since end of August.

I'm sure you'll receive good news soon, they are definitely catching up to June filers atm. Good luck!

I changed my address in September online. I just used Live Chat to try to open a service request because it's been 90 days (imo) from when the ASC in Lawrence reopened. Anyway, apparently it's 89 days according to the agent so I have to do live chat again tomorrow. Also, she said they didn't get my address change request. Did you have mail something in or you just did the online form. Not sure why the agent didn't say anything about it last time I chatted with them!!

So frustrated with USCIS.

March 2019: Married, Filed I-130 in April 2019

AOS: Filed June 10, 2020, Received June 13, 2020, Cheque cashed July 16

(I-130 approved in Oct 2019 because we were originally doing consular CR-1 processing)
NOAs July 24 (dated July 17) 2020
Biometrics Jan 7, 2021 (notice dated Dec 12, received Dec 22)
Case updated to 'Interview Scheduled' (Jan 19, 2021, received letter Jan 25)

February 24! Interview! New Card being produced!

Feb 25, 2021: Case approved.

March 1, 2021: Card was mailed

March 4, 2021: Green Card Received! 🥳

March 25, 2021: SSN Application
March 29, 2021: Received SSN
Dec 5, 2022: I-751 ROC Delivered to Lockbox

My lawyer completer form AR-11 online. She received confirmation that the request had been submitted right away and 2 weeks later we received confirmation that the change of address had been completed. Did you get any type of communication when you requested the change?

I got a confirmation email right away. Nothing in the mail. Are we supposed to also mail in the form AR-11 or you don't know because your lawyer did it. Anyway, I resubmitted because that's what the agent said to do, but she said only way to confirm is to do live chat again in 30 days and ask.

I guess I'll also mail everything to be sure.

My lawyer didn't mail anything in. She filed everything online so not sure what happened with yours...it seemed pretty smooth in my case...

Congrats!

Did you receive your interview notice along with the combo card?

Can you tell us how long your status was "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" for? Mine has been like that since mid August...

Hi! I request on my I-765 to be send a SSN as well.

Does your combo card have any text on it...for example "valid for work only with DHS authorization"?

Hi everyone, I just received an alert from USPS for a package from USCIS- LEES SUMMIT PRODUCTION FACILITY. Does anyone know if this is the actual card or approval letters. Mycase has not been updated since my Biometrics on August 12th.

Was it the card?

Yes, my SSN is the one with that quote, as far as I know ones we get the green card we need to return to the office of SSN so they can take out that quote
