Go to USCIS.gov and scroll down just a little bit until Emma shows up in the top right. Type in "Live Agent" then click Green Card and follow the prompts until you are connected.ย

I too passed the 90 days and an e-request was sent. I was told it could take 30 days for a reply so who knows what will happen or if that request even helps.ย

ย

I agree, I have little faith in the e-request but we shall see.. nothing else that we can do right now

Any June filers from NYC who already went for their biometrics appointment? Just curious to know if NYC is moving at all.

I'm also June filer in NYC.ย  No biometrics here either.ย  :(ย ย  I believe NYC is moving - although incredibly slowly.

Like most of the ppl here, I raised a service request... now I will wait another 30 days!ย  lol

ย

Happy/Sad thing is, I just got a job offer!ย  But, I cant expedite the EAD without the biometrics... so high chance of losing the job.

Incredibly frustrating process.ย

ย

Oh well... nothing to do but keep waiting, call USCIS everyday,ย  wait some more, call again, wait some more....ย  ๐Ÿ˜ต

June filer. No biometrics yet. USCIS is slower than molasses. Trump has worked hard to ruin USCIS.

Glad to see lot of movements from many of the cases. Congratulations and good luck to them!

ย

For the people who are waiting on biometrics/raisingย SR (I am just sharing information based on the experience of people from another group) - When you call to raise SR, try your best to get connected with a tier2 officer. They have the authority to schedule "new/fresh" biometrics appointments. People who contactedย early this month (~10/10/20), managed to get their appointments scheduled.ย Later that weekย tier1 officers refused to transfer calls to tier2 officers, and generated SRs themselves. After urging/begging some have managed to get a transfer to tier2 officer and got it scheduled. Now they have made it nearly impossible to get connected with a tier2 officer, call wait time is 7 days as of this Monday. So if someone can get connected to tier2 officer,ย there is a higher chance you getting biometrics scheduled,ย otherwise with tier1 officers you can raise a SR and wait for 30 more days for their reply. Either way I hope you all get your biometrics sooner!! Good luck!

ย

Tips to connect to tier2 : Call as soon as the offices are open (~8 am) and have a very compelling reason as to why you need biometrics/EAD (job offer, financial difficulties, urgent travel requirement etc.)ย

Thanks for this ;)ย Seems a nice strategy. One minor fear that I have is that constant contact to USCIS officers might โ€œleadโ€ to delay of an application. Maybe it is not true!ย

I just got off a live chat with an agent through Emma. She said I am still in-line for review (file date = 6/5, biometrics = 8/6???). I requested for an expedite due to an incoming job offer. She was very helpful and provided assistance. She said I should hear back within 5 days. Let's see how it goes.
