Based on the instructions if you had submitted proof of citizenship with the K1 process then you dont need to submit again. You can double check the instrucrions for the AOS if this is correct.

Got our NOAs for all 4 applications! NOA 6/11/2020, and the priority date for the I-130 and I-485 is 6/5/2020. Waiting for the biometrics appointment. 
 

Has anyone tried doing a walk in biometrics appointment in NYC?

Thank you, I hope this is correct! I couldn't find where it said that in the instructions but hopefully!

Hello, I got RFE For I 485  saying: 

- My first question, should I submit just form I 485 or form and all documents like passport page affidavit of support etc. 

My second question for form I-944 is someone have checklist of all evidence needed, if does, please share with me. And for example if I already send tax reports should I do that again for this form? Thanks a lot.

Hi June filers! We sent out our AOS packet on June 15 via UPS. It was delivered on June 16th and signed for by Chyba. Waiting now to receive NOA1. Hopefully we submitted everything correctly 🤞. Good luck to everyone else filing!

We sent our AOS package on the 2nd of June, it was received on the 4th.. but no NOA since then .. I am a bit worried so I wanted to check if anybody has been in that situation, is it normal? should we wait or call?

We sent a money order no check so I can't rely on that to see if it's being processed or not..

Same here. Still waiting for the payment to be taken out of the bank and receive NOA 1
