EAD and AP approval indeed! So excited. Online status hasn't changed. Now we wait for the EAD card... Hopefully shouldn't take too long.

NOA1 is June 13. Approval notice date October 13.

Hey! We got approved the same day lol let us know when you recieve the card, I'm a little more worried about the SSN taking longer than the card

Congrats! And I just saw that you also filed in San Diego? That's where we filed, too. Let me know once you get an interview notice!

I'll update once the EAD card is here.

I already have a SSN because I'm on OPT. The new EAD just replaced my old one. When I got my first EAD, it took less than two weeks for the SSC to arrive. Let's hope you don't have to wait too long!

Guys, I'm so excited! My USPS Informed Delivery shows two USCIS envelopes coming today!! I'm so hoping it's my 131 and 765 approval! My online status hasn't changed, so I'm nervous...

Mail comes pretty late around here so I won't know until around 6pm but I'll post once I know for sure!

We filed early June, bio was mid August.

To all the June filers who received their combo card already: what's your AOS status? Mine still says ready to be scheduled for interview...

Also does anybody know what the current situation is about entering the country with AP? Travel restrictions allow for US citizen spouses to enter, does that mean I can travel with AP - even though my GC hasn't been approved yet?

Congrats on your approval! Mine is the same - 'ready to be scheduled for an interview'.

Hi guys quick update, my case was updated yesterday midnight, and now shows the tracking number, my combo card is expected tomorrow! Really fast.

That's awesome! No updates here yet. Did the status update for both the 765 and the 131 or just the 765?

So many people receiving good news. Happy for you all...

We still remain in the same situation...no end in sight for the disappointments and incompetence...

Yet another service request has gone unanswered, and we are back to having no where to turn for help yet again.

Those of you who actually receive updates to your cases don't know how lucky you are.

None of these things have EVER worked for us...from the start.

Matter of fact...to this day if you look up the online status for my wife's I129F...it still says "case received".

No surprise that our AoS status has also not updated.

Maybe it's time for you to write to your congressman, and complain about your case. It is not definitely normal.

93 days since NOA, which means about 83 days since the ASC reopened, so I'll do a service request next week I guess if we don't hear anything about biometrics this week.

March 2019: Married, Filed I-130 in April 2019

AOS: Filed June 10, 2020, Received June 13, 2020, Cheque cashed July 16

(I-130 approved in Oct 2019 because we were originally doing consular CR-1 processing)
NOAs July 24 (dated July 17) 2020
Biometrics Jan 7, 2021 (notice dated Dec 12, received Dec 22)
Case updated to 'Interview Scheduled' (Jan 19, 2021, received letter Jan 25)

February 24! Interview! New Card being produced!

Feb 25, 2021: Case approved.

March 1, 2021: Card was mailed

March 4, 2021: Green Card Received! 🥳

March 25, 2021: SSN Application
March 29, 2021: Received SSN
Dec 5, 2022: I-751 ROC Delivered to Lockbox

Wow, more good news from June 2020 filers! What was your filing and biometric dates? I've been seeing observations on other groups that EAD approvals have been mostly coming from August biometrics.
