I was given Tdap vaccine last year (in US) so they waived me for blood test titer for that Tet antibodies. I took record of MMR, vericella etc. that I received from my home country. All the records were in English. I was made to take blood test titers to verify those vaccinations. I guess it depends on the surgeon that you go to. Thanks for clarifing.

Also, did the copy cost you $10 or the whole physical ?

Ohh that is good. I also had a record with so many vaccines but needed to do 2.

Just the copy was $10. The physical was $350... unfortunately before I went I was not aware that that price does not include blood work , the blood work cost me around $300 and the vaccines 250 ( they gave me 2 shots) . So I ended up paying around 1000 for everything....So I would advice everybody to do research before going.

I paid about the same. Physical was 400 (I went to NH) and bloodwork was ~300 (which caught me off-guard). So I paid 700. Ahh!!!

Maybe every State had different pricing. I went to Methuen (in the border with NH) and the doctor sent me to Quest Diagnostics lab in the middle of Pandemic... and they asked for $700 for the 3 blood test which is ridiculous, so I went to other place and I had luck to do it cheaper. It is what it is, Its behind now :D

Hey guys,

I posted this in another topic but thought I'd post it here since you are discussing the I-693. The link below has a table which shows the required vaccines depending on your age. The technical instructions are also pretty informative.

On another note, USPS confirmed that my RFE response arrived at USCIS yesterday so I will wait and see what they say going forward. My next step will be to send the I-693 but I am waiting for them to send an RFIE or RFE for that.

The Civil Surgeon will know which ones you need based on your age, vaccination records, and technical guidelines. You can read more information here: https://www.uscis.gov/tools/designated-civil-surgeons/vaccination-requirements and here: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/civil/technical-instructions-civil-surgeons.html

The vaccines required can be found here: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/civil/vaccination-civil-technical-instructions.html#tbl1

Look for your age range and check which vaccines are need for your age range.

If you have not got a RFE for I-693 now, I think you will only going to get a courtesy letter, not a RFE. At least that is my understanding after reading other threads.

Anyways glad to hear that your first initial RFE was delivered and was updated fast.
