Decided to mail our package Monday instead of today just to triple check everything again. Got all the evidence gathered and forms filled. Everything is already printed but my husband convinced me about triple checking everything again and just sending it on Monday. Not fighting him on that! Probably best to do. Hope you all have a nice weekend!

Did anyone include wedding photos? Does proof of relationship have to be included for AOS as well or is that only at the interview?

I did. Just 4 photos though. ;)

We just sent our packet earlier today! So excited, we forgot the other mail we were supposed to drop off at the post office.

I thought we couldn't send it this week because hubby only managed to add me to his health insurance on Tuesday, when our Certificate of Marriage arrived. He had to call in, because his online attempt won't go through because I have no SSN (SSA offices closed up when I got here). Thankfully, the system was updated pretty quickly and I was already added to his insurance the next day. That way, we were able to print out the coverage including me.

Just curious, where exactly in the form(485/944/864)instructions or for AOS did you see a requirement for evidence that listed wedding photos?

I have not seen anything but i recall when i wanted to appoint a lawyer the lady said send me the wedding photos and also a cake celebration 😂

but decided to do our thing at the end with the help of VJ community.

so we added because it made sense so if you can’t get it then I don’t think it’s a deal breaker. Just add the certified marriage certificate.

Good luck

No it is not required during the initial submission, most people including myself did not send in any pictures or proofs of marriage other than your marriage license as most people have little proof at the time they file, USCIS knows this. Most people bring all their proofs and other supporting documents to the interview.

No requirement initially to send in photos, some people just send them in anyway. It is NOT a big deal if you don't. I did not send in any proofs other than our marriage license! Take a look at my time line and see how it worked out for me! During the interview is where you WILL have produce your documents and proofs!!!!

Not necessarily it's a personal choice initially as there is NO requirement to do so initially!

Does anyone know if NOA texts are sent only late at night? I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for my NOA!

They can be sent at any time once they are ready!

Hey everyone. I'm a refiler. Came to the US July 2019 on a k1, married a week later and filed for AOS on August 2019. Got a denial stating we forgot the affidavit of support. Not sure if we did forget it or they lost it, so here we are filing June 2020 and starting all over again. Just wanted to say hey to all June filers
