Was your birth certificate from NSO or from PSA? Mine was from NSO, so when I read about USCIS requiring PSA birth certificates, I immediately ordered it online and will have it sent to me by my parents via DHL.

Note: Apparently, NSO is now called PSA and USCIS will no longer accept NSO-stamped birth certificates :(

It was from PSA. But I only sent a photocopy of it in the original packet as the instructions said to only send copies, not originals. 🤷‍♀️ I sent the PSA birth certificate itself as response to the RFIE.

This is actually a case update. First thing is 'Case Was Received' but you don't usually get that unless you make an account and see the case history.

Please can someone please help me navigate through this madness. I still haven't heard anything from USCIS is been a week over 30 days. I have called, sent email to the lockbox and still nothing. Understand the pandemic era we are in but person with the same timeline or after have already received their text. I'm in limbo. Should I cancel the money order and refiled? If I refiled should I file as i-131? I don't know at this point I am out of status and am so confused. Any help would be appreciated.

HI. So sorry to hear that. Try to to ask people in other topics because nobody here has had experienced this and can't give you advice besides everything already mentioned.  Good luck and I hope you hear something soon.

I think it may be too soon to cancel and refile a few people that send their package in before us still haven't had their funds withdrawn either.  I would suggest giving it a little more time before starting all over as I131,  you've come so far with the I129 process already.  Sorry this is happening... try to stay encouraged.  USCIS doesn't seem to have a consistent track record with their order of processing the files they received, so I wouldn't give up just yet.

Have you chatted with an agent through Emma on the USCIS website? They would be able to tell you if your package has been rejected if it’s in the system already. If it isn’t then I’m sure they’ll be working on it real soon

Thanks for the encouraging words. It is so sad that a level 2 officer can't make contact with the lockbox to find out if they received and why its not in the system as yet. Smh.

I spoke to level 1 &2 agent last week and again this morning. They not seeing anything in the system, so they not able to tell me anything. I have already sent an email to the lockbox 1 week no response as yet. Package was delivered on June 10, Justin in the mail room signed for it.
