  08/14/2020 Case transferred to NBC

How did you find out about this Case Transferred to NBC?

USCIS told me over the phone that if 90 days passed from your submission and opening of your ASC office (whichever the latest) you should fill a form online. I forget the form number but I don't beleive any USCIS ASC office was open 90 days ago. I guess they all opened around two months ago (July 27th) so in a month if you still haven't received it you can call and ask for the form.

How can I find out when did the Orlando FL field office reopen? Also, is it true that we should give USCIS a call if we haven't heard about our biometrics 90-days after the application filing or after the 90-days of their office re-opening ? I have applied on June 27th, haven't heard anything yet except for receipt

I tried to ask in a topic about that and pple were not very responsive. I am under the impression that if your bio appointment  was scheduled and subsequently canceled due to COVID, they are NOT automatically rescheduling appointments and you must call. I haven’t heard anyone whose appointment were canceled being automatically rescheduled. On the contrary, USCIS keeps either scheduling new appointments OR re-using your biometrics. But no news for people who had a canceled appointment

Yes, That is correct. we will have to send Inquiry https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do and select case outside normal processing time.
