Hi everyone, I filed my N-400 on the 26th of June 2020, I received biometrics re-use on august 7th and I was scheduled for interview for October 2nd by 11am a Lawrence Ma, the interview went well and

I have my interview this afternoon, I-751 is still pending and no indication if it will be a combo or not.   Will update on how it goes later!

Ah. I missed that!  Mine was updated within 48 hours on a Sunday...perhaps others can advise on when their estimated completion date was shown in their USCIS account.  I hope you get an update soon!  

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

 

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Hello all. 

 

I wanted to get your opinion. Filed N400 paper application to Phoenix lockbox. It was delivered via ups on 24th june. Till date I have not received anything. No 797 notice of action or receipt etc. I had also filed the g1145 enotification form which would enable notification within 24 hours of application being accepted. It's been more than 2 weeks now and nothing received. Also to mention, I did file the I912 along with it which is the fee waiver application based on our current situation, so ofcourse I cant say that they cashed my cheque etc because I didnt send any. Does this fee waiver thing cause delays?

 

What do you guys suggest? Call uscis? And ask them what? Because I dont have a case number or reciept number to give them as reference to look up anything. Not sure what to do. Kindly advise. Thanks.

Anyone else getting "User defined error" when checking case status on USCIS website? Yesterday it did not show that error.

Just checked and all is in order....Just wait a bit and try again. Maybe it's just your system that's having a problem.
