No, I received everything within a week (email the next day & physical notice about 1 week later).

Also - does anyone else have an issue that their apt number does not show up under their USCIS account profile?

When filing online, USCIS only accepts USPS pre-approved address format which replaces 'Apartment' with 'Unit' and USCIS system automatically enters it in the number-only field in the application (see below):

I'm guessing USCIS system is then unable to read it as there are letters entered in the number-only field. I tried filing the change of address online, but it won't accept non-USPS formatted address so it's impossible for me to select 'Apartment' in the drop-down menu and add just the number (without 'Unit'). 

 

I have received a physical NOA since filing the application so I'm guessing it's a non-issue? But wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem.

I had the same problem. I quickly did the change of address form and it was amended within 24 hours.

My USCIS profile now shows my apartment number.

 

With the amount of revenue generated by USCIS, you would expect a functional website devoid of glitches and missing downloaded documents,

It won't change it online to anything besides the USPS format (which is the same thing: Unit in the number-only field).

I was curious about that too. I don't know why the online profile doesn't show my unit number but, my NOA1 shows my unit number.

Thank you for the peace of mind! To make matters worse, I left my NOA1 behind in CA but won't be back home until mid-Fall 😅 But I imagine the unit number is there since it did make it to me.

You can download the NOA1 from your online account and check your address. I think as long as your address is correct on what you filed, it should be okay. Other sites say it could be a system glitch.

Oh, duhhh Can't believe I didn't think to do that 🙄 And yes, the full address is on the notice... Oh well.

I filed by paper so perhaps its a different process, but I received 2 notices in the mail: (1) NOA and (2) receipt showing the amount paid and balance is zero.  Both had the receipt number and priority date of June 16, 2020

Hello, I sent my paper form N400 on June 30th , via USPS to Chicago, the tracking shows it was delivered on July 2nd, but I still didn't receive a text or email notification,  and the check isn't cashed yet too . Is it normal?

You should be hearing something by this week or next unless they send it back to you

I know.

 

I thought I had made a mistake in the form when it didn't show the correct format on my USCIS account.

That was the reason why I did the change of address thing. 24 hours later, the apartment number showed on my USCIS account.

Apparently, this is another glitch on their website.

Hi, I filed on 23rd of June (paper filing) and I got my 797C dated 30th of june and I also have myUscis online account setup.

 

Currently my online account still says "

You successfully submitted your form

We are processing your form. It can take up to 48 hours for all of your case information to show on your home page."

Any estimates on when their "48" hours will actually be completed?

It happens within 48 hours, at which time you will see the estimated case approval timeline and the timeline for the next step (eg. scheduling of biometrics appt etc)
