They would not upload their extension letter but the "old" GC. They just want to see the resident since date on the card to make sure you filed within the timeframe allowed and with the 3 vs 5 year.

So in my case, can i still do this ? Because i think this system is stuck at "new card is being produced" for 3 weeks now and my n400 window opened 4 days ago

Are RFE's still possible even with n400?

This are my evidences list :

Filing based on marriage

-old gc copy (i751 accepted but didn't receive the new gc yet)

-marriage certificate

-divorce certificate for my wife

-copy of front page us passport of my wife

-2017-18-19 tax transcripts

-2018 through june 2020 savings and checkings Bank statements

- credit card statements since card purchase in sept 2019 ( i also scanned the actual cards because the statements don't show both names)

-copy of life insurance since 2019

- copy of car insurance since 2017

-copies of drivers licenses.

-lease statement

-selective services registration

Is this enough?

Also:

- joint car title+ registration

-copies of statements from the local clinic showing us as parents for our kids (my step kids)

Should exclude some evidence and bring them to the interview instead?

I see people talking about providing only what's being asked on the online form

I'm sorry but what does that mean exactly?

My guess is that originally it was when a biometrics appointment would be scheduled.

I think your evidence is sufficient

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Is it just me or did it seem like uploading the evidences was literally just dumping a bunch of documents on top of each other?

I'm used to the paper filing and all the explaining and organizing i had to do to make it easy for the IO lol

But again, is an RFE possible during n400?

Becareful with uploading docs as you go. There are complaints on April?/May? 2020 Fliers thread that uploaded documents did not save properly in USCIS website and they were missing in the final submission. They recommended uploading all the documents in one time when you are ready to submit. Also something about using internet explorer may help with the issue. Please look it up.

This is very true...It happened to me.  The questions are saved safely but the documents are not.  They should be downloaded only on the day you file. I was lucky to learn this and waited until the day of filing to download all the files that I already had ready.  Pretty easy.

I used Google chrome but i uploaded all my docs the night i applied.

At the end of the application where i got to the review part i verified all the answers and the evidence had a dash (_) infront of each required document and i thought that was normal.

Is this how it's supposed to be?
