Hi all. I am currently at Step 7 of the process: collecting civil documents. I have entered the Singapore's police force website, and attempted to apply for the certificate of clearance. However, they require a "Letter from Overseas Authority". On the travel.state website, it states that "The form letter may be obtained from the NVC for immigrant visas, KCC for diversity visas, or the Embassy/Consulate that is processing the visa application." I have looked through the CEAC website where we have been submitting our fees and forms, but am unable to find the said form letter. Where can I obtain the letter so that I can proceed to apply for the police certificate of clearance?

Hi there! I just sent in my application for the certification of clearance 2 days ago!

You should get your SO to send you a copy of a scanned NOA-2 slip they received in the mail. That should suffice.

I got a confirmation email from the police department the next day.

Hope it helps!
