I am getting ready to file 1-751 for my wife and I noticed that the version of form available for download from the USCIS site is outdated (expires 12/31/2019). Is this a problem or can I go ahead and submit this version?

April filer here and I used that version. You are all good! Good luck 👍🏽

This is what the website says. I suppose when they start to work again, they might realese the form soon. So either you wait a bit, or you should send it real soon

  • 09/25/2020 : NOA Received, dated 09/18/2020
  • 10/03/2020 : Biometrics waived. Fingerprints from previous petition are applied
  • 04/25/2021 : New Card Is Being Produced

 

N-400 --> Citizenship application (September 2021) - MM/DD/YYYY

  • 09/11/2021 : First of 90-day window
