Hi guys! I just want to know im a ir2 family base visa. And i was refused because i need more evidence that im a son of my father. And i send my evidence march 18. Those anybody know when will i receive the notice if ever im approved or refused visa. From manila moving to america

Need more information on who refused? USCIS, NVC, or Embassy?

I was refused but not denied. They just need my evidence. I just want to know when will i receive the notice of approval

Embassy's are not fully open. So anywhere from days to many many months

Visas are only refused or issued. "Denied" is just another name people use for "refused"...there is no practical difference between those terms here.

 

If you provided sufficient evidence, they will issue the visa once they complete processing of the documents, are satisfied, and any additional procession (like background checks and such) are completed. This is likely to be in the weeks to month timeframe, but every case is unique.

What evidence was provided? A DNA test?

No! Health records, school and baptismal. Already send it march 18 together with my passport

And embassies have been closed to routine visa services since then.
