I also just got DQ’ed yesterday, waiting for interview date. Join our UAE whatsapp group, 3 of the members got their interviews scheduled on June 29 (Two were expedited and one normal processing that was cancelled on March). Goodluck to us :)

HI- sent you a PM a while back to add me to the UAE chat. Can you please check to see if you received my info? Please add me as we would like to have some up to date info as a family to be able to plan and timeline for our move to the US. Much appreciated!

Okay. The screenshot you posted is not accurate. It only reflects updates. @Ncornejo7 posted the link to the proclamation which contains accurate info. It’s hard for all of us...

Did anyone else have a wrong notice of action? Its been 7 weeks and 3 days since our approval and our case was not sent to nvc yet. Uscis type on our noa2 "adjustment of status" but we did not apply for that.

You should contact USCIS since they'll probably forward the case to NBC instead NVC if they think it's AOS.

SOme folks have reported interview dates and even have had their interviews already. CR1/IR1 are slowly starting in many embassies.

We called uscis a few times and they kept said theyve sent it. My husband talk to a tier2 and he send a request asking for our case to be sent to nvc(hopefully). But i checked and its still not sent. How many times do we have to call and explain what they did wrong

Then you probably just have to wait. 2-3 months used to be the normal wait time between NOA2 and case creation. I assume you called NVC and they don’t have your case yet?

ya it sucks, but can't do much but wait. USCIS messed up our nvc transfer too, got the generic message from nvcresearch that there was some error in the case and they are working with uscis to fix it(I doubt they are actually trying to fix it but just buying more time for themselves), but we shall see.

Gotcha. I would probably call USCIS once per week and ask them for the specific date when it was sent to NVC until your case plops up somewhere :)

You are right it used to take that long. My wife I130 petition was approved on October 4th 2019 and we didn't get out case # until January 3rd 2020. So it took almost 3 months in our case. To make matters worst we never got the welcome letter. We had to call to get our case #.

NVC actually seems to be more organized and structured with their status updates - at least from what I have seen. If they gave you this message, then you can assume that USCIS made a clerical/administrative error that they need to resolve before NVC accepts your case
