Amazing! I can’t believe it. I had summit all documents on Thursday and they had sent a message: received & approved it on same day June 18, 2020. Now, visa appointment date is waiting from consulate once embassy is open.

Did NVC send you a received message when you submitted all your documents? I submitted everything yesterday but only thing I can see is a submitted status but not a received..

You don't get a notification from NVC confirming the submission, the Submitted status on everything is how you know it's now in their queue to look at. It will change to Accepted if they approve.

NVC is currently reviewing submissions from March 6th so no, there’s no need to worry. They’re also stating that they give cases whose visas are not suspended preference, and I believe IR5 is a suspended category so just be patient and wait for your turn.

I don’t recall a “needs to submitted by mail blah blah” standard message. Do you mean in your inbox? Or do you mean the “don’t submit anything by mail”?

Yeah you are right i called today NVC to see if i am missing any documents operator said nothing require from my end and my file on review process once ban will left they will process further :)

I also just got DQ’ed yesterday, waiting for interview date. Join our UAE whatsapp group, 3 of the members got their interviews scheduled on June 29 (Two were expedited and one normal processing that was cancelled on March). Goodluck to us :)

Oh wow that is very good news indeed. Thanks for sharing! Will be sending you my info as I'm definitely interested in joining the UAE chat.

I think, because of trump immigration executives order, they are reviewing for us citizens file so quickly.

That’s correct and was discussed here a few pages back. Due to the executive order they are giving exempted cases preference. I saw some non-exempt DQs on Facebook this week, but who knows if true or not.
