Police certificate was denied again 😠

 

Even sending NVC their own instructions with the police cert obtained from said instructions is not the document they are looking for

I’m not sure either. Maybe if you have the return (1040) along with proof of payment or return received (whichever applies) based on bank statements/IRS check, and proof of income. I really don’t know if that will fly. I think somebody else posted a few pages back how to request a transcript via mail, maybe that works? At least you would have paper proof that you tried.

Aww, I appreciate the sad emotes. I just sent in our doc again with a letter basically saying 'Hey you're not telling us what we need and we've sent you what you've asked for so we can't provide you with the document you want and can provide it at the interview'

 

I will let you know how that goes... It's just so demeaning.

I didn’t, I just stated it on the portal with a document explaining I didn’t have it yet because of everything going on.

I've seen members were they accept a letter saying they will submit during interview. Then again, you wouldn't want to show up to interview with wrong document.

Is there an Australia forum that might have a picture of what they are looking for?  For other countries I've seen them buried deep in the bowels of this site...people posting pictures of the police certificates that ended up getting approved.  Just a thought...

Thanks for your suggestions Troy & sara & ncornejo. I am ABSOLUTELY positive that this is the right document. I've done googling as well but no one has posted photos (as far as I can tell?) but everyone did what was on the NVC site. When I got through on the phone the lady (AGAIN) was like - 'yeah, this looks right to me, just send in a letter with your stuff' so that's what we're doing now.

Did you put in the notes box when you uploaded what I said to put as mentioned in private mail? 

 

NVC are terrible when it comes the the AUS FEDPOL certificate, if it’s the one I sent you links too etc it’s definately the right one and their error... cost us an additional 4 months.. truely sympathies with you... @zochu had hers approved recently no worries
