I've emailed them 4x with the screenshot and the scan of the bank transcript showing payment was made. I've called and spoken to a supervisor 3x, so far nothing. This is all starting 5/29 and continuing until today.

They have confirmed that it’s a technical issue impacting many people and that they’re working on it. I don’t think anything else needs to be done at the moment

Yes, this seems to be the norm. Like I said earlier, we paid on May 20, they took fees on May 21, and our status finally changed on June 2 (even though our IV fees were taken on the same day and processed by May 25). All you can do is wait now :( This whole process is hurry up to wait in another queue for an interminable amount of time, regardless of COVID delays. Fingers crossed for you too.

Wasn´t aware of this. Thanks for pointing that out!

Last time I checked that’s how it was being done. I doubt it’s changed haha. Do you know how things are things in Rio? Closed, open, mais ou menos?
I’m in Texas so I don’t really know how things are running. My wife says that everything is basically normal in SC

Well, the NVC is only supposed to take 3 business days to process the payments. We submitted ours on May 20, 2020, they took they payment out of our account on May 21, 2020 and they did not change our status to PAID until June 2, 2020, after two (2) registered complaints. Given that the NVC will absolutely not process any documents until the AOS is filed, and given that you cannot upload the AOS until the fee has a status of PAID, it becomes a big deal having a nearly three-week delay, especially when people who paid after you can upload their documents and get a DQ while you're still waiting for a status to change, and you feel like you're the only one stuck in that position. If it wasn't for VJ, I'd have no idea there were a bunch of us. So we all call, and they put up this status so at least all of us who are stuck know they're working on it, and we know they are taking our calls seriously. Most people were told to upload screen shots and email them in or to "just wait". That is extremely frustrating. I hope your fees are processed in a timely manner and you don't have to go through this. Ask all of us who did and/or are going through the wait. It's excruciating.

im hoping so too because its frustrating.

Okay, we submitted the DS-260, I'm about to submit the AOS today. I have included all the IRS transcripts, 1099's, US citizenship. Last step is to print, sign and scan in the I-864.

Is there anything I'm possibly missing here?  Trying my best to avoid an RFE.  We will be working on civil documents next and the only thing were missing are the police certificates.

Thank you!  I kinda went off the grid for a week or so cause I was getting so overwhelmed by all the DQ"s of people who just put their papers in and we've been waiting so long.  I called and spoke with two different supervisors explaining nicely how my poor daughter was freaking out.  Thank God this part is over lol.  Now on to more waiting for an interview.

I got approved June 4 but still haven't received case number. On the other hand all cases approved with me have already received the case number. When will i get it?

Probably early next week. IOE cases usually receive within a couple of days

Edit - I saw your timeline says DCF is that by accident? DCF would be an entirely different process from CR1/IR1
