Congratulations !

In our case, eventhough, our file was still "at NVC" on NVC's website this morning...

I have just received the interview email !!! 👍 It is set for July 22nd in the morning.

I am very happy (of course) and anormally calm about it (I think I have not processed the news).

😋

Is it in Islamabad? As I am also waiting for my wife’s interview. They have already cancelled our early April scheduled interview.

Congrats Alix!! Was your case expedited? Or is the embassy there starting to interview Everyone?

Expand

Thank you all for your messages and encouragements. Finally we are there (almost).

No our expedite request was denied (we tried at NVC, who replied that the Embassy was closed, and I retried 3 days ago directly at the Embassy in Paris, and they replied that we did not have sufficient reasons to be expedited).

It is just the Paris Embassy reopening. Other French members on this forum also got their email for the interview yesterday.

I am thinking at all of you still waiting. Your turn will come, there is no other way.

Take care,

Alix

France was pretty much impacted by the Covid, so if our Country has its US Embassy reopening, it is a good sign for most of us.

Take care,

Yes come on Tokyo. France was such in a bad shape because of the virus couple of weeks ago. The fact that our embassy is reopening is a good sign for most of us. And I am pretty sure, they are going to interview full regime in July to catch up with the big delay involved. Take care, :)

I have just checked on the US Paris Embassy and nop, nothing has changed, no news, nothing. The last announcement regarding Consular process is dated...March16th.

Which means, that probably a lot of US Embassies are right now boiling, working hard and they don't show it 😉
