But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Pirates - It was good. Orlando Bloom looks really hot towards the end.

Knocked up was pretty funny. I didn't like the guy all that much, but he had good humor for the part.

Norbit - I didn't like it. I thought it was just stupid.

Ghost Rider - It was ok. Kind of Cheezy - Feel a sleep.

Epic Movie - My friends thought it was funny, but I thought it was just sad humor. Someone made it to try and make a quick buck.

we just got back from seeing Stardust... it was a pretty good movie

I like those fantasy adventure type movies....

Robert DeNiro is really good in the movie too ...

We liked that a lot too. The wife is a big fan of the book - I've never read it, but I thought the storytelling was pretty well done in the movie.

Does anyone else find Ricky Gervais extremely annoying - everything he's in, he always plays that ####### from The Office.

I didn't even know there was a book until just recently... might have to give it a read though now....

There's another Neil Gaiman movie that came out last year - Mirrormask. Sort of like a weird version of Alice in Wonderland. It wasn't bad - Stardust is better.

Generally, I'm not too much of a fan of Neil Gaiman's stuff. People rave about the Neverwhere TV series, but I could never get on with it. I think it was too low budget for the concept.

I saw "Bourne Ultimatum" last night. It was a very good movie. I would recommend seeing the other 2 Bourne movies that came out not long ago first. It puts things in better perspective. The only leading roll Matt Damon dominates very well ;)

The last several movies we have seen have all been disappointing for different reasons. Here's the stinky list

Live Free or Die Hard - I have never seen the other Die Hard movies, but I don't really want to now.

Shrek 3 - I love Amy Sedaris but in anything except for this movie!

Sicko - The only one that was interesting to actually watch, but it was so.......don't have the right word.sorry

POTC- At World's End - zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Evan Almighty - not good

Deja Vu, we watched months ago, and we could only find it in Spanish with Arabic subtitles. (I speak Spanish and husband speaks Arabic) but the movie was so confusing I kept asking him to translate the movie for me.

Has anybody seen I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry? I think I will see that and Ocean's 13 next.

I really thought that I wouldn't like "knocked up" because I figured it would be one of those romantic comedies that I hate, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I should have known it would be good since it was the same director who did "40 year old virgin". Both movies are excellent.

We saw "Bourne Ultimatum" today and thought it was really good. The car scenes made me a little nervous but luckily I had some back up "depends".

I liked Bruce Willis , and I wanted to see it, but I don't know why I didn't like it. I didn't know it was the 3rd movie, I thought it was like the 5th.

But, my husband liked it which makes me glad because I hate to suggest a movie and then he not like it. He won't tell me until the end of the movie. Even if it tortures him. He just says, I thought it might get better.

I'm sorry to say it, but I won't go near the new "Die Hard" movie. It looked like nothing I would like. I prefer watching "Little Miss Sunshine" over and over again on cable.

Yeah, I was disappointed with the BBC series after having read the novel. I love Gaiman's work. I don't know how many times I've read the Sandman series.

I couldn't get into Mirrormask though I loved seeing McKean's work visualized that way for a change.

Can't wait to see Stardust. They've changed a few things from the book but don't they always? :P

Gaiman's stuff doesn't generally translate very well into film.
