Independent Contractor current income evidence is the 2019 tax return.  For an employed sponsor or joint sponsor, it is a current pay stub.  If you have a current pay stub, that is better than an employer letter.  No need for both.

Thanks for replying . A quick 1 more question..

I have 3 recent pay stub for i864A who is a employee but i864 joint sponsor is self employed , a truck driver . Is it ok to send 3 pay stub for household . Since I am sending tax return for the most recent year and with w2 for household  and 1099 for joint sponsor .

I am as a petitioner , sending  tax return without 1099 is ok or should I include 1099. I earned computer repairing some amount and I scheduled c for it only.

Thanks

A complete tax return copy includes W2 and 1099 forms.  That's about the past.  The employed household member needs only the latest pay stub, not 3 pay stubs.

Hi Pushbrk

Thanks for replying.   If i send most recent Tax return transcript , in place of complete copy of tax return , should i send w2 and 1099 along with it  too. Or just transcript is enough for both joint sponsor and petitioner i864 for the most recent tax

Thanks for ur time

Best to include the W2 and 1099 forms.  Sometimes the W2 is asked for.

Hi Everyone ...

Do i need to put my info as a preparer with sign and date  in i864 .

I am a petitioner and I filled i864 myself as a sponsor for my beneficiaries ( spouse and step child) . I understand that i have to sign and date as a sponsor .

Thanks

No, you are the sponsor and no one else prepared it for you.

Supporting docs of i864 will be a separate file

Thnx

All supporting docs will all be in their own separate files. W2s on their own, tax returns/tax transcripts on their own, paystubs on their own.
