RFE - Two year meeting requirement

I received a RFE with several things to fix. One is the two year meeting requirement. I met my fiance in November 2019 and we got engaged. I submitted my I129F in December.

Anyhow, original submission included ample proofs in my opinion. Flight itineraries.. Some of which both me and fiance were on, boarding passes...though not all, passport stamps, hotel reservations, various receipts, bank statements showing purchases in her country, photos of us and her family.

RFE states I need to submit a personal statement which includes the date, place, and circumstances of our meeting. (I previously had a statement on the I129F)....Further says I need supporting evidence.

What more do I need to submit? Should I submit what I did initially? I have no there evidence.

Submit what they requested. Write a statement that states the date and place you met and circumstances of your meeting. Our cousin submitted passport stamps, boarding passes, etc and they still wanted a letter. He actually submitted a letter and had his fiancé submit one as well as a cousin and fiances brother (who both witnessed their being together) because he was so nervous about getting another RFE. I wouldn't recommend going that far but definitely submit a statement. Feel free to submit the same evidence as well. That way if you'd like you can reference them; "As shown in my passport on May 10 I arrived in the Philippines.. we spent a week at hotel blah blah as shown in the included hotel reservation" etc.

The problem is that the hotel reservations only have my name.

I've just realized something. I think these USCIS people are big dopes.. Yiu really have to spell things out.

I am also petitioning by fiancée's two young children, ages 4 and 6. When I visited her in November, the eldest was still 5 and the youngest had turned 4 a month prior. I submitted several photos of all four of us together and wrote names, dates and locations on the back of each one.

Had the photos been outside of the two years range, meaning before November 2017, her kids would have been toddlers. It's very obvious by looking at the photos that they aren't.

I got an RFE with same request. Here's what I suggest you can include:

- Letters of support form friends and famiñy, stating when and where have seen both of you together.

-A timeline explaining when and where you met, and highlihgts of your relationships. Support it with pictures, captions, booking references, boarding passes,  complete passport and pages with stamps, anything.

-Comprehensive excel file detailing one by one, the events described graphicaly in the document above. Include several rows such as, dated, event, people you where with, description of the event...this sis apparently becoming the norm!

-Printed pictures with hand written captions
