Wishing your friend lots of LUCK cause she is definitely going to need it. You've been given the facts by experienced members. You are the one trying to argue. 

 

The fact that she has been gone for so long, didnt maintain a residence, didnt file taxes, and remained outside of the country for reasons within her control make the chances of an SB1 slim. For all intents, she has abandoned her residency
