@Boiler hehehe you don't judge and yet you said I am not helping  what is that? a question statement? am I askin about the tax? so why would you say if you need information on PI Tax issues you need to look elsewhere? Your loosing it. Don't lead this to argument because I sense everything you are telling me right now are words that you are not even thinking carefully.

The fact that she has been gone for so long, didnt maintain a residence, didnt file taxes, and remained outside of the country for reasons within her control make the chances of an SB1 slim. For all intents, she has abandoned her residency

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
