@Boiler oh ok so regardless if the w2 form was back in 2015 and you are applying for an sb1 visa right now,  its all good applying that all together. Will it have a very strong Impact as far as being approved with you sb1 visa even if you were gone that long and that you don't really have a case of beyond your control?

Complete the application and send it in when you can. I wouldn’t expect you’ll be granted one but you wouldn’t know until you applied.

@Boiler actually this is not question for my self, but as far as I knew she havent filled anything yet after she left. I think she is requesting her w2 form now

OK understood, pretty much impossible to make any sensible comments without knowing the full situation, she really needs to join and post details of her situation.

How about going through the returning resident form, figuring out what evidence they have and once the consular is open for regular business going there and applying? That’s the only way to know. 
 

While it seems you’re trying to help, this is all third hand with very vague non-specific information provided that all of us would be guessing at the outcome.

@Boiler I see. Unfortunately, she cant because she doesn't have an Internet where she is currently residing at the moment. She is actually staying a very rural small town in the Philippines. Anyway going back to my question earlier, If she files her w2 does it Increase her chances of being approved? despite of not having a " Beyon your control " situation?

@milimelo Though I agreed with you, however there some details that she was able to tell me. For now I just want to have the idea about the w2/taxes if it will some what increase her chances. Im sure nothing is guaranteed, but nevertheless an Idea can come handy.

@TBoneTX I understand, but the purpose of this forum is to get some few ideas? I mean it's given fact that my friend should really go out there and see, but it would really help

if she knows or some idea what she is going to encounter. Nobody can guarantee here Im sure she knows that, but to see more ideas aside the fact that she should try would really

come in handy. Are we forgetting the point of this forum? I don't want to argue with anyone here, but we should remind our selves what is the point of this forum and why did we joined here?

She should read the application form, compile what it says as best she can, and then give you any further questions to ask here.
