Part 3, I-863

Hello,

 

We are filling out the I-864 and for Part 3 we are confused.

 

Our daughter is a USC and is in Australia. Do we include her in this section? If so, does my husband pick Option 1 (sponsoring principal applicant) and option 2 (the following family members immigrating at the same time)

Do we add just our daughter in Part 3 for Family Member 1 or do we add me again?

The daughter, if a dependent of the petitioner, is simply listed as a dependent and no where else.  She is not immigrating or being sponsored.  From what you indicate, there are no other immigrants, so option 1.  1 intending immigrant and since you do not count anybody twice, 0 in the spouse square.
