Why are you filing for adjustment of status if your wife already has a greencard?

He is adjusting status for his wife's kids. His wife already has a green card.

From what I understand, his wife came here on a K1 visa and they did the AOS and she now has her CR1 greencard. He is petitioning for his children(step) via K2.

There is no petitioning for a K-2.

1) Either it's a K-2 visa via Follow-To-Join (FTJ) of the K-1 - in which case the K-2 must b issued within 1 year of the original K-1, or

2) It's an I-130 petition for a stepchild, who will get a CR-2/IR-2 visa.

Hi there guys in posting because my application was rejected once again. it says on the notice that application/petition has not been fully completed. based on the selection made under part 2 application. type or filing category the form I-944 and/or Form I-864/I-864eEz are required. please review the form instructions for information.    I know I can read the instructions but my head is spinning right now this is the 3rd rejection for incomplete forms. So if anyone has insight let me know

This just happened to me as well. This will be my 3rd time sending this back. I reprinted all of the forms, and what i did this time was find videos on YouTube on how to fill out each form and i have gone line-by-line at least 5 times on each form to make sure everything was filled in and this time, i out N/A or NONE for items not applicable to me. The first two times, i left them blank. Maybe that could be your issue as well.

Sounds like the kids came on a k2 and he is adjusting their status.

Your best bet would be go to a immigration lawyer, and have them help you complete the forms,  Will cost you , but worth it in the long run.

That makes absolutely no sense with what OP has posted. Oh well, you could be right.

Before you submit an application again make a post on here and list everything you have included. Let some of the users on here double check it for you. They can point out anything you’re missing. Do this before you send anything, not after.

Your posts are a little confusing

Are you the US citizen?
What/Who are you applying for?

Your timeline says you have adjusted status already. Are you trying to remove conditions on your wife's GC? Or are you trying to adjust your childrens status?

@Shottayut Okay I read your other post in the other threads and yes you have really confused us all. One question, Your K2 filing was it filed before the 1 year since your now wife arrived?

I noticed in all your post you said the first rejection back in March was they required you to submit a I-130? So again did you file before the 1 year was up since your wife arrived?
