Refiling petition

The US embassy in the Philippines rejected my petition due to my fiancée only having a divorce not an annulment.

 

The annulment just finished up in the courts.
 

Now I'm looking at refiling with one change. I'm going to add her son.

 

Do I start with a new app referencing the previous request? Or is there some sort of amendment process to the previous request?

 

 

Originally filed in 2015. Then rejected in 2016.

No amendment.

 

Why was the child not listed on the original petition?

Water over the bridge but all children are always to be listed on the petition regardless of immigrating or not.

I miss spoke. He was listed as a dependent. No paper work was filled out for him to come over at the time.

Then no real difference on the petition other than updated annulment.   Consular processing will have two applications then
