Passport Renewal at Chicago Consulate on March and still not received

Hi everyone! I went to Chicago Consulate on March 13th to renew my passport and until now I haven’t received it. I emailed them on May 9th to ask for an update and the response was they haven’t received any March applications due to the pandemic. Anyone else renewed their passport on the same month? Have you received yours?

DFA is closed down the same as most everything in the Phils right now.  I doubt anyone is getting passports right now.   Just be patient
