Problem with AP

I have some questions guys. My husband mailed off his AOS, EAD, and AP paperwork in the end of May. We received the NOA1 for the AOS and the EAD with a receipt date of June 1st. However, we did not receive the NOA1 for the AP although the check has been cashed for a long time now. He called up customer service to ask about what has happened and they told him that we need to wait until 30 days have passed since the receipt date of AP, (this will be around July 1st.) There is nothing we can do right now, but wait and hopefully the NOA1 for AP arrives soon. What worries me is that he has his biometrics for AOS & EAD on July 3rd.

Are biometrics needed for AP? I’m just concerned that since USCIS has no record of receiving his AP paperwork, they will not do biometrics for his AP when we go on July 3rd. Then when they do have a record of his AP stuff, we will have to go to a second biometrics appointment.

Another question, will they allow me to enter into the building/office where my husband has his biometrics?

No biometrics are needed for AP.... I am sure you will get the NOA1 soon...

I had the same situation, the AP notice came a couple days after the AOS and EAD Notices,

so don't worry it will arrive soon.

Still no NOA1 for AP Now I am starting to think that someone messed up and my husband's AP is lost somewhere. The bad thing is that they did cash the check.
