I-944 Household Income & Other Questions

My spouse was not living here at all in 2019. She most recently came here in 2020, and since that arrival we married. For household income, do I list her name and check NO for filing a tax return or do I just list my name (since I did). The question is confusing because it wants to list all household members in Part 2, but the checkbox for each person encompasses the entire household. This is Question 1A + 1B for Part 3 on the I-944.

 

Also for assets, if I have 5 brokerage accounts, 1 checking account, 2 savings account; do a list all accounts separately or just 3 items... BROKERAGES, CHECKING, SAVINGS. It also looks like Assets are for both of us, and debt would just be her debts.
