Not sure what this means. I am eagerly waiting.  I took a snip it of it and forwarded to Mr. Hacking. I hope we are getting good news. It's been 16 months to be exact since we had our interview. I am assuming because they received the summons, it's the first step in getting my case moving.

since it says to follow the instuctions in the notice sounds like they need additional documentation

so, be sure they get it in the timeframe that will be posted per the notice

What interview did you have? Was the case went back to USCIS after the interview? It’s odd that you got something from USCIS after the interview. Under normal circumstances, USCIS would no longer he involved once the I-130

has been approved and sent to the NVC. If your case was sent back to USCIS, the only time I have seen this wording used is for a NOIR, I am sorry to say.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath
