did you file online? if they sent you something it should show in there, also if you see a recent date that means your file was touched, that might tell you when it happened.

Just checked mine and nothing has changed.

Yeah, online.  There was a date that showed up, but noting written with it.

about 2 weeks after we filed and got the original receipt notice.

So that means a lot of us can be in the same boat, interesting it went to Nebraska, I thought cases only got transferred out of Nebraska.

Likely, they said we weren't the only one. On the USCIS website it says i130s are getting transferred out of Nebraska to the other centers...but ours is the opposite, its going in. So much unknown and such a waiting game.

This person didn't see an update in their account until about 6 weeks after.

I don't understand how it takes so long if it's all electronic.

March 27th filer and ours went to Texas Service Center.

Looks like Texas Service Center is processing quicker. The processing timeline accordingly to the USCIS website has moved up quiet a bit.

That's probably why Nebraska is transferring cases there.

On the down side someone mentioned they were transferred to Nebraska, hoping that didn't happen to me.

I logged in today and the date in the Case Status tab updated to todays date.

I used the chat feature to see if it meant anything, I figured it was maybe a transfer, they said my case wasn't transferred and they don't know what that date is.

Good to know I'm still in Texas though, although a lot of people from Nebraska got moved there, so that will probably slow things down a bit.

I didn't find a thread for March, so here we go.

Submitted my application online today, hoping to get an online notification in the next few days.

Filed our i130 March 5 on line. It shows it was touched March 17 but no approval as of yet. I only check 500 times a day! Really needing to get home as soon as possible. We are still at the Nebraska service center and haven’t been transferred like many others. I don’t know if this is a good thing or bad thing.

Yes, you’re definitely right, some from February as well.

Good luck!!

Are the approvals coming from a specific service center or just all of them?

o you don't want to do that, normal processing time is around a year.

The more you think about it, the longer it will feel.
