Hey guys, I'm glad to see some of us March filers are getting through to the next steps! My case is now DQ'ed and waiting for an interview as of today :) My timeline was as follows:

Filed March 16

I-130 approved Sept 3

Submitted AOS and IV Oct 28

DQ Oct 29

I feel like the NVC stage has been fairly streamlined and I was surprised how quickly we got DQ'ed after submitting! Anyone else in the same stage as us?

Congrats on getting DQ'd so quickly!

We submitted DS-260, affidavit of support, financial documents and civil documents on Monday. The case status shows "action required:submit required documents." Looking through the list hey noted, we had sent it at the same time. Did you get anything like that or did you go right to approved?

So I woke up today and saw my case changed to "Cancellation Notice For Request For Additional Evidence" do I just keep waiting or am I supposed to do something?

In any case you would get something in the mail.  Did you recieve an actual RFE.

No RFE I filed it online, I thought it would email me I guess I have to wait to get something by mail. I just think its odd how it changed to that status without requesting anything from me.

You can try the online chat or give them a call.  Tier 1 support isn't usually that helpful though.

spoke with Tier 1 agent, he said it could've been a mistake on their end and (checked the wrong box or something) nothing was mailed to me but to be sure they'll have a tier 2 agent contact me within next 7 days... so we wait again
