Hello,

I am working on filing for N-400 and completed online filing form(Have not signed and submitted yet). when I download the "draft case snapshot" where I see the pdf format of the N400, i noticed it automatically checks that my current spouse is us citizen in part 10 of the form. I am currently not married(divorced). Tried doing it a few times but every time I down the "draft case snapshot" it automatically checked below (part 10)

Is your current spouse a U.S. citizen? "Yes"

When did your current spouse become a U.S. citizen? "At Birth"

Has anyone else noticed a similar issue? Is this going to be an issue? any suggestions? I feel this is a glitch as everything looks normal in efile form.

There were also some weird errors in the online copy I had, but the copy the interviewer had at my interview had all the correct answers. So I think it’s just a glitch. In any case the interviewer will go over the whole form with you and you can correct any errors that there might be.

even though I dont have a spouse. I would think trying to focus on the online application itself and ignore the draft copy....should be glitch....need to call them tmr.

The spouse answer is a known glitch, tons of other people have reported the same issue (people who have never even been married). Nothing to worry about.
