There are few questions regarding the K1 Visa applications and process.

seeking for help!!

1. Can we still apply for K1 visa now? ( like May 26, 2020) ?? would they still accept the application as for now?

2. there are news saying that right now when submit I-129F also need to submit G-325A from but some said there is no need to submit G-325A? please kindly advise which is true?

3.  Regarding the proof of on-going relationship, do we need to write a letter explaining how we met and our love story? or if just submit out chat history, emails would be enough?

4. Could we still flying to states visiting my fiance while waiting for the K1 approval?

Thank you all for the help!

FIle the K1 now, g-325a isn't required, you just need to write a short paragraph and they can visit if they have ESTA or a Visa.

Yes, yiu can apply whenever you want. Applications are still being processed. No point in waiting.

You do not need to send in G-325A. This is for a different process.

You can still visit your fiance in the US on a tourist visa while awaiting K1. As long as you can get a visa and get into the US. Some countries are still banned due to COVID-19.

Can visit with a visa.  Can not reside in the US.  A K1 visa beneficiary interviews at a foreign consulate.

Please read the directions on filling out the I-129f from USCIS.gov.  There is no 'proof of on-going relationship' component to the petition.  No love story, chat history, or emails.  Please read and research the requirements.

If you have a valid visitor visa, you can visit, (subject to CBP/EO etc), but you cannot use it to "live" in the US.  Visa interviews take place at consulates abroad.

He can move during the process.  He just needs to update his mailing address with the USCIS.
