Hello everyone. 
My son’s f2b visa application has recently been approved to start processing. On the ds-260, the question about having documentation on vaccinations that have been received is a little bit intimidating.  My son has had vaccines from when he was a child but I’m not sure if we’ll be able to obtain a record. I know that it is possible to be tested to know what vaccines he’s received. But my question is, is it important to have this confirmed and have the vaccines needed at a doctor’s clinic before the medical exam? Or can it be done at the medical exam?

That is the wrong form.  DS-260 is for immigrant visas.
