Just got an interview notice for May 27th. NYC manhattan, filed on July 12th.

Can anyone share what documents I should start preparing to have on me on the interview day? Thanks

3 year tax transcripts, quarterly bank statements, lease, loans, house title deed, health/ care insurance, pictures if you want. That's all I can think of. Others would add..

Congratulations 👏

When you finish your interview, inquire if there's an oath ceremony for that day. Ask if they can squeeze you, if there's one, that is.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Just checked my online account and finally, a biometrics reuse notice!  Just posted today!

Filed N-400 online on July 10, 2020 and had not received any response past the initial “Receipt Notice”.  Field office Detroit, Michigan.

Hang in there folks, we’re slowly but surely making progress!

I-751 filed in May 2019 and N-400 filed in April 2020. Biometrics completed for N-400 in dec 2020. I-751 is getting closer to 2 years and a recent status request done via congressman’ liaison to local field office told that both my cases are in queue for scheduling interview. I was expecting a combo interview, surprisingly I received an notification last Friday about a status change and it shows Card is in Production for my I-751. I looked at other pending case I-751(one closer to my case number and he/she also got approved around same day).Don’t know if something changed but if N-400 is in process they mostly do combo but now they are approving all last 2 years old pending I-751’s . It’s very good thing since it relives lot of stress for preparing for combo interviews. Now can only focus on N-400 test, but of course brining all bonafide marriage documents and spouse with you for N-400 interview will be helpful.

Hello, We are about to head out the door to my husband's N-400 interview. He applied at the end of July 2020 and we have an i-751 pending since July 2019. We're not entirely sure if it will be joint, but I am tagging along just in case. He asked at the infopass appointment he had about a month ago and the woman had no idea. I'm sending him with the marriage certificate, my birth certificate, latest taxes, newest apartment lease, voided check from our joint bank account, and some photos. We will DEFINITELY be having him inquire about a same day oath ceremony. That would be the dream! So exciting to be near the end of this process!

I'll post how it all went after.

Update: Filed in July in Sacramento. Biometrics reuse 4/17. 🙏🏼

I know of an April 2020 filer from Sacramento who last week just got a notice to go for interview May 25th, I think. So it may be fair to say Sacramento is working on April 2020 files

All good! We showed up 15 minutes early, he went in. Waited about 20 minutes and then he saw the interviewer. My husband told them right away i was in the car if he needed to deal with the i-751 and the interviewer said that he already approved it. There was no need for me to come in. He asked them where I worked and there were no further questions. Then they did the test. He got 6/6 and then he had to write "Citizens can vote" and that was the end. The interviewer asked for more bona fides and then told my husband that he would need to review the evidence. Then we drove home and by the time we got home there were two status updates in the online platform and it looked like this:

April 19, 2021: Oath ceremony will be scheduled.

April 19, 2021: We are recommending your N-400 application for approval. Your application was submitted for quality review.

Slightly weird how they don't say anything about the quality review being completed, but I am assuming if they recommended it for approval, it passed the quality review? Does anyone know?
