Just FYI...estimated completion date for me and another Houston individual moved up to April & May 2021 respectively from September & October 2021. I know it doesn't mean much. Just FYI

For those of you who had your N-400 interview: when you receive your interview date, is it possible to reschedule it?

Why would you want to reschedule?

Fill time-line, people

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Unless it's really mandatory, I wouldn't dare reschedule. Wait times are ridiculous atm. Some have been waiting for bio since 2019.

Similarly, you'll be required to have a negative test before being allowed back, regardless of if you're a US citizen or whatsoever.

Congrats. How long does it take from biometrics reuse letter to Interview schedule?

Thank you! It took 1 month and 2 days to schedule my interview from biometric taken.  My biometric was on 12/07/20 and my online status changed for "interview schedule" on 01/09/21, received the interview letter on 01/14/21 and interview scheduled  for  02/11/21.

How is your process going on?

Hi guys,

Thank you for reading my post. I have applied for N-400 through marriage but my i-751 is still pending.(have not heard anything else since biometric last year) My N-400 interview is coming up (on Feb 11). I am very nervous about the tests. There is 100 civics questions  I am studying but still don't have any idea how they are going to  English test. Please give me some info.  I would appreciate your help . And what are the documents I have to take it there besides my Green card, passport, marriage license, spouse birth certificate, and divorce decree with ex spouse?

Do I have to take all the pictures and other documents like joint bank statements, tax papers, etc to prove relationship with my spouse to my interview since I have not have i-751 interview yet. I am thinking this will be my combo interview for i-751 and N-400. Please help. Thanks again.

Carry all you can.

From what I've read, English text is just a reading of a sentence and being asked to write a short sentence. That's all.

Relax. All will be well

And now USCIS changed it back to September 2021 from April 2021..

I don't care anyway

quick questions fellow Vjers

Do i have to inform USCIS if i change my job during the N400 process? if so how do i inform them?

I am not sure but I don't think you have to inform about your job change as long as its not your address. Goodluck for your process

something interesting happened

i had requested tier 2 call back but never happened. Got a call this morning and they wanted to know if 8 AM or 9 AM would work for me for a fingerprint on 16th Feb.

Just checked USCIS Online account and says "biometrics was scheduled" and no additional document yet but i guess i will have to wait for a formal snail mail.

Very interesting.  but very grateful
